About Us

The aims of the society are to promote research cooperation between Germany and Taiwan on the one hand and to provide policy advice on the other, with the Taiwanese Ministry of Agriculture registering the greatest need here.

Due to Taiwan's rapid economic development and the resulting change in the position of agriculture in the economy and society, the focus of the society's work program has changed time and again.
