The EAAE offers 10 and the GEWISOLA with the support of the Rentenbank offers 5 stipends to support conference participation by young researchers from the list of eligible countries found below. Applicants who hold their PhD for longer than five years are not considered young researchers. Each stipend consists of a lump sum of 1.000€ to cover the conference fee and part of travel and accommodation costs.

- Confirmation of an approved contribution to the EAAE 2025 Congress
- Proof of a professional affiliation/employment at an institution in an eligible country
